May's recipe was such a hit with our fans that we were compelled to cook it again. And as we did, we had to acknowledge the passing of rabbits gone before. Bon appetite. Cue tissues.

- 'Cooking Your Calendar' is a project between friends who have set ourselves the task of cooking every recipe and drinking the recommended wine in the 2010 De Bortoli calendar. We are inviting special guests to each monthly gathering and will document the delicious debauchery here!
